He always has time to answer questions. Offer alternatives and choices if needed. Cares about his patients and their families. Knows that animals are very much family members and treats them accordingly. His office staff is caring as well. Our boy was not the easiest patient when younger, and Dr. Nelson took the time to make him as comfortable as possible during his visits.
